Not at all. We welcome complete beginners in every Hatha, Yin, and Meditation class. Instructors always offer modifications so you can work at your own level safely.
Water, comfortable clothing you can move freely in, and an open mind. Mats, blocks, straps, and blankets are all provided. Arrive 10 minutes early for your first class.

In most cases yes, with appropriate modifications. Let your teacher know before class begins. Several of our instructors have backgrounds in physical therapy and will work with you.
Monthly memberships can be cancelled at any time with 5 days notice before your next billing date. You can also freeze for up to 30 days once per year.
